1. Provide strategic HR business partnership to Corporate and Workshop leaders and employees, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
2. Lead employee relations activities, championing inclusion and addressing performance management concerns.
3. Drive recruitment processes to build a robust talent pipeline, ensuring alignment with business needs.
4. Oversee performance management and organizational development processes, providing coaching and guidance to leaders.
5. Ensure compliance with employment policies and regulations, managing administrative processes and data analysis.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
2. Over 10 years of progressive HR experience, with expertise in employee relations, organizational development, recruiting, and performance management.
3. Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
4. Familiarity with international matrixed organizations is advantageous.

2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
3. Strong interpersonal and consultative skills for managing relationships at all organizational levels.
4. Experience in coaching leaders and managing performance issues.
5. Excellent negotiating and conflict resolution skills.
6. Effective communication skills, including presentation capabilities.

Over 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred.

Expected salary range: $180,000-200,000, based on relevant skills and experience.
