- Provide strategic HR business partnership to Corporate and Workshop leaders and employees, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
- Lead employee relations activities, championing inclusion and addressing performance management concerns.
- Drive recruitment processes to build a robust talent pipeline, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Oversee performance management and organizational development processes, providing coaching and guidance to leaders.
- Ensure compliance with employment policies and regulations, managing administrative processes and data analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Over 10 years of progressive HR experience, with expertise in employee relations, organizational development, recruiting, and performance management.
- Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
- Familiarity with international matrixed organizations is advantageous.
- Understanding of HR best practices and talent management principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative skills for managing relationships at all organizational levels.
- Experience in coaching leaders and managing performance issues.
- Excellent negotiating and conflict resolution skills.
- Effective communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
Over 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; advanced degree preferred.
Expected salary range: $180,000-200,000, based on relevant skills and experience.
