- Define recruitment needs in collaboration with managers and draft job postings for campus positions including interns and apprentices.
- Source candidates and conduct HR interviews.
- Organize recruitment days for campus hires.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for interns and apprentices.
- Monitor and support the campus population through mid-term and end-of-term evaluations.
- Organize and lead internal events such as Maison discovery sessions, CV workshops, and networking after-work events.
- Support the Campus Strategy and contribute to the development of the Employer Brand.
- Create content for internal and external communication related to campus initiatives.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business School or University, ideally with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Strong interest in recruitment processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Autonomous, dynamic, and creative with a strong sense of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English.
No specific prior experience required, but a strong interest in recruitment is essential.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or related field.
