1. Collaborate with managers to define recruitment needs and draft job postings for campus positions, including interns and apprentices.
2. Conduct candidate sourcing and manage HR interviews.
3. Organize recruitment days and events.
4. Facilitate the integration process for new interns and apprentices.
5. Monitor the progress of campus employees through mid-term and end-of-term evaluations.
6. Coordinate and host internal events such as Maison discovery sessions, CV workshops, and networking afterworks.
7. Support the development and execution of the Campus Strategy and Employer Branding initiatives.
8. Create content for internal and external communications.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program (Bac+4/5) in Business School or University, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources.
2. Strong interest in recruitment processes.

2. Autonomous, dynamic, and creative mindset.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in English.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in recruitment is essential.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Human Resources.
