1. Collaborate with managers to define recruitment needs and draft job postings for campus positions, including interns and apprentices.
2. Source candidates and conduct HR interviews.
3. Organize recruitment days and events.
4. Facilitate the integration process for interns and apprentices.
5. Monitor the progress of campus hires through mid-term and final evaluations.
6. Coordinate internal events such as Maison discovery sessions, CV workshops, and networking events.
7. Support the Campus Strategy and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
8. Develop content for internal and external communications.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business School or University, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources.

1. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
2. Autonomous, dynamic, and creative with a meticulous and organized approach.
3. Proficiency in English.

A strong interest in recruitment is essential.
