1. Coordinate recruitment processes for campus roles, including defining needs with managers and drafting job postings.
2. Source candidates and conduct HR interviews.
3. Organize recruitment events and assessment days.
4. Facilitate the integration of interns and apprentices into the organization.
5. Monitor the progress of campus hires through mid-term and end-of-term evaluations.
6. Organize internal events such as brand discovery sessions, CV workshops, and networking events.
7. Support the development and implementation of the Campus Strategy and Employer Branding initiatives.
8. Create content for internal and external communications.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business or Human Resources.
2. Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

2. Autonomous, dynamic, and creative.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in English.

No prior professional experience required, though an interest in recruitment is essential.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or Human Resources.
