1. Support two Human Resources Managers in daily operations for approximately 500 employees across support functions and repair workshops.
2. Assist in organizational and human resources development.
3. Contribute to talent retention and career management initiatives.
4. Participate in compensation and performance management.
5. Engage in social climate and disciplinary management.
6. Involve in strategic projects related to diversity and inclusion, thematic workshops, and internal events.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school or specialized Human Resources program.
2. Seeking a rewarding internship experience.

1. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships.
2. Proactive, autonomous, and dynamic with strong organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in English for an international environment.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in human resources within the luxury sector is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Human Resources.
