- Coordinate and execute HR administrative processes from recruitment to employee exit.
- Manage HR administration for new hires and oversee employment contract management, including drafting and amending contracts.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in maintaining digital employee records.
- Handle outgoing employee processes, including drafting tripartite agreements for mobility, resignation acknowledgments, and non-compete clause management.
- Oversee and track various HR processes within the information system.
- Manage supplier accounts in SAP, including account creation, document collection, and expenditure commitment requests.
- Basic knowledge of labor law.
- Ideally 2-3 years of experience in HR administration.
- Team spirit and organizational discretion.
- Proactivity, autonomy, and rigor.
- Creativity and innovative thinking.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel; SAP knowledge is desirable.
2-3 years of experience in HR administration is ideal.
