1. Design and configure complex shift schedules in SAP Time.
2. Manage inconsistencies and anomalies in time data proactively.
3. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize SAP Time usage.
4. Provide technical and functional support to HRIS users.
5. Design and facilitate training sessions for HRIS users.
6. Create and maintain documentation on HRIS processes.
7. Identify opportunities for HRIS process improvements.
8. Participate in HRIS tool implementation and upgrade projects.
9. Monitor HRIS market developments and technology trends.
10. Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, focusing on Workday.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in SAP Time.
2. Knowledge of Swiss HR processes and various HRIS tools such as SAP PT, SAP PY, Workday, SuccessFactor, and others.
3. Fluency in French and English, with German as a plus.
4. Experience with Workday configuration is highly desirable.
5. Experience in Swiss payroll management is a plus.
