1. Support the ongoing Workday Implementation Project, focusing on the Talent and Performance Module.
2. Collaborate with the HR People Engagement team to manage employee listening surveys, ensuring accurate data integration from the HRIS system.
3. Assist in deploying Employee Listening Surveys across various maisons, functions, and regions.

1. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
2. Availability for a 6-month internship starting from March 15, 2025.
3. Possession of an internship agreement with a school or university.

2. Organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset.
3. Client-oriented and open-minded, with the ability to connect ideas.

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in HRIS and employee engagement is essential.

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program with an internship agreement.
