HR Supervisor

Richemont is a leading luxury goods company known for its prestigious brands and high-quality products. The company operates globally, offering a wide range of luxury items including jewelry, watches, and fashion accessories.

1. Manage recruitment, contract management, and administrative tasks for approximately 500 temporary staff across Maison offices, back offices, and boutiques.
2. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to ensure recruitment and contract management align with departmental needs.
3. Oversee the selection of staffing agencies and ensure compliance in contract-related matters.
4. Optimize processes and lead the review of workflows, tools, and manuals.
5. Lead contract renewals, individual contract management, and wage reviews with staffing agencies.
6. Establish and maintain accurate SAP registration and monthly cost payment processes.
7. Address labor issues and incidents by liaising between departments and staffing agencies, coordinating with legal and HR as necessary.

1. Experience in HR or temporary staffing recruitment within retail companies or staffing agencies.
2. Experience in outsourcing or RPO related to temporary staffing recruitment.
3. Experience in HR recruitment or labor management.
4. Supervisory or team management experience in staffing agencies or call centers.
5. Business negotiation experience with clients.

Experience in HR or temporary staffing recruitment, outsourcing, or RPO. Supervisory or team management experience in staffing agencies or call centers.
