Richemont ETS Desk Supervisor

- Manage the recruitment, contract administration, and invoice processing for approximately 500 temporary staff across Maison offices, back offices, and boutiques.
- Supervise the end-to-end administrative processes, ensuring alignment with departmental needs in collaboration with HR Business Partners and hiring managers.
- Oversee the selection and contractual compliance of staffing agencies, optimizing operations and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
- Lead the organization of tasks within the dispatch desk, including the review of processes, tools, and the creation of manuals.
- Facilitate contract renewals, individual contract management, conflict date management, and wage reviews with staffing agencies.
- Develop and maintain accurate SAP registration processes and oversee monthly cost management.
- Act as a liaison between departments and staffing agencies to resolve labor issues and incidents, coordinating with legal and HR departments as necessary.
- Experience in HR or temporary staffing within retail or staffing agencies.
- Experience in outsourcing or RPO related to temporary staffing.
- Experience in HR recruitment or labor management.
- Supervisory or team management experience in staffing agencies or call centers.
- Business negotiation experience with clients.
- Strong organizational and management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in SAP and other HR management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Previous experience in HR or staffing management, particularly within retail or staffing agencies, is required.
