1. Assist with administrative tasks related to the rental reimbursement program and benefits administration.
2. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
3. Manage personnel files to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
4. Ensure data integrity in HR systems to support effective decision-making.
5. Enhance operational efficiency through meticulous data management.

1. Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

1. Familiarity with HR systems, particularly SAP.
2. Understanding of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations.
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
5. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
6. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese.

Minimum of 2 years in HR operations or as a generalist in larger companies.

Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
