- Oversee the collection, organization, exchange, and maintenance of HR data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems and locations.
- Conduct regular data audits and quality checks to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Act as the primary owner of the HRIS platform, including administration, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with IT teams or vendors to ensure system functionality, resolve technical issues, and implement updates or new platforms.
- Provide or facilitate end-user support and training to HR staff and other employees on HRIS usage.
- Document HRIS procedures, processes, and best practices.
- Participate in HR operational processes across the employee life-cycle, including pre-hire, onboarding, movement, offboarding, and personnel file management.
- Maintain timely and accurate employee data and profiles under SAP and Workday environments, including payroll data entry.
- Manage HR-related inquiries, empowering employees to solve problems by providing advisory services or connecting them to the right tools and resources.
- Contribute to HR initiatives and projects to enhance employee experience and HR efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships, support the creation of PO numbers, and control and approve supplier costs.
- Provide standard and ad hoc reporting according to Richemont/brand and legal requirements.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- Previous relevant experience in HR administration and/or HRIS from sizeable companies
- HR System knowledge with experience in SAP and/or Workday is a plus
- Experience in Benelux/Nordics employment administration is a plus
- High proficiency in spoken and written English; Dutch and French are a plus
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated and customer-focused with a strong growth mindset and learning agility
- Good collaboration and communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Analytical and precise, with a keen eye for detail
- Experience in digital transformation is a plus
Previous relevant experience in HR administration and/or HRIS from sizeable companies.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
