Richemont HR Officer

- Oversee the collection, organization, and maintenance of HR data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems and locations.
- Act as the primary owner of the HRIS platform, managing administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with IT teams or vendors to ensure system functionality and implement updates or new platforms.
- Provide end-user support and training on HRIS usage.
- Document HRIS procedures and best practices.
- Participate in HR operational processes across the employee life-cycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee data and profiles within SAP and Workday environments.
- Manage HR-related inquiries, providing advisory services and connecting employees to resources.
- Contribute to HR initiatives and projects to enhance employee experience and HR efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships, including creation of PO numbers and approval of supplier costs.
- Provide standard and ad hoc reporting according to Richemont and legal requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- Proficiency in HR systems, particularly SAP and Workday
- High proficiency in spoken and written English
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and customer-focused
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Analytical with a keen eye for detail
Previous relevant experience in HR administration and/or HRIS within sizeable companies is required. Experience in Benelux/Nordics employment administration is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
