1. Drive HR initiatives and provide comprehensive HR support with a value-added approach.
2. Oversee the end-to-end employee journey from recruitment to exit, focusing on the retail workforce.
3. Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders across all levels to align HR strategies with business objectives.
4. Analyze workforce planning requirements and collaborate with senior HR management to formulate strategic workforce plans.
5. Provide professional HR advice and counsel to business leaders, enhancing business performance.
6. Manage complex employee relations issues and foster a conducive working environment through effective communication.
7. Collaborate on compensation and benefits strategies, including salary benchmarking and labor cost management for the retail sector.
8. Lead talent acquisition strategies for boutique recruitment and manage the recruitment process.
9. Facilitate talent management cycles, including talent review and succession planning for boutique teams.
10. Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to design development programs for key talents.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, preferably in large multinational companies
3. Experience in managing HR projects and execution
4. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
5. Fluent in English and Korean

2. Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
3. Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information

A minimum of 10 years in human resources, with a preference for experience in large multinational companies.
