- Drive HR initiatives and provide comprehensive HR support with a value-added approach.
- Oversee the end-to-end employee journey from recruitment to exit, focusing on the retail workforce.
- Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders across all levels to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze workforce planning requirements and collaborate with senior HR management to formulate strategic workforce plans.
- Provide professional HR advice and counsel to business leaders, enhancing business performance.
- Manage complex employee relations issues and foster a conducive working environment through effective communication.
- Collaborate on compensation and benefits strategies, including salary benchmarking and labor cost management for the retail sector.
- Lead talent acquisition strategies for boutique recruitment and manage the recruitment process.
- Facilitate talent management cycles, including talent review and succession planning for boutique teams.
- Collaborate with Learning and Development teams to design development programs for key talents.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, preferably in large multinational companies
- Experience in managing HR projects and execution
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Fluent in English and Korean
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
A minimum of 10 years in human resources, with a preference for experience in large multinational companies.
