- Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English (TOEIC score of 800 or above).
- Current enrollment as a student graduating in 2026 or 2027.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Current undergraduate or graduate student.
