1. Create, administer, and coordinate employment documents and certifications.
2. Maintain personnel files and update master data in relevant HR management systems.
3. Administer and coordinate matters related to occupational pension schemes.
4. Independently manage monetary benefits.
5. Develop and enhance standard reports and statistics, conduct consistency checks, and ensure data quality.
6. Document, visualize, and continuously optimize processes.
7. Manage (sub)projects, particularly in HR digitalization and transformation, as well as occupational health and integration management.
8. Independently process invoices and create purchase orders.

1. Academic degree or completed commercial training/education in Human Resources.

1. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/HCM or similar systems.
2. Good command of English, both spoken and written.
3. Solution-oriented team player with a proactive approach.
4. Detail-oriented and capable of self-organization.
5. Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex topics clearly and precisely.
6. Ability to achieve goals based on excellent networking with relevant interfaces.

At least two years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in an international environment.

Academic degree or completed commercial training/education in Human Resources.
