1. Support HR Managers in daily operations and processes.
2. Assist in cross-functional people budget planning, including forecasting and monthly budgeting, in collaboration with Finance Controllers.
3. Aid in the internal talent review process, including report downloads, note-taking during meetings, and preparation of presentations.
4. Contribute to HR administrative tasks, such as reviewing contracts and policies, and translating documents from English.
5. Proactively implement visual and concise dashboards for HR KPIs.
6. Engage with internal stakeholders and participate in projects with Richemont Europe and maison headquarters.
7. Support additional projects as required by the business.

1. Strong predisposition for data analysis and attention to detail.
2. Previous experience in similar roles is advantageous.
3. High organizational skills and flexibility.
4. Curiosity and enthusiasm for the HR field.
5. Proven proactive behavior.
6. Interest in the luxury retail sector.

1. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
2. Speed and accuracy in task execution.
3. Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Previous experience in a similar position, even if brief, is considered a plus.

The role offers a highly formative 6-month experience, with the possibility of extension for an additional 6 months, within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
