- Lead the design and execution of the HR strategy in alignment with regional and global objectives.
- Drive localization initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support Maisons in HR mandates and enhance Richemont’s reputation in the UAE.
- Serve as the primary liaison with governmental bodies and champion initiatives fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and compliant organizational culture.
- Implement the UAE Richemont People Strategy and act as a strategic partner to the Richemont Regional Function Executive Committee.
- Develop and lead a comprehensive Emiratization strategy and establish partnerships with local government bodies.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory changes and lead HR compliance audits.
- Oversee talent management and career development programs.
- Manage compensation planning, salary reviews, and benefits strategies.
- Evaluate and optimize HR processes and support cross-functional HR initiatives.
- Foster and animate the HR community across the UAE and co-manage the HR governance structure.
- Champion change management initiatives and promote a cohesive, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of HR leadership experience, ideally within the UAE or the wider MEIA region.
- Strong expertise in localization strategies, compliance frameworks, and government relations.
- Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and HR transformation.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulatory frameworks.
