1. Conduct and manage the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with headquarters on hiring requests and collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team.
2. Support workforce planning and manage compensation and benefits processes, including salary benchmarking and job leveling.
3. Oversee HR operations and data management, ensuring precise payroll operations and maintaining personnel records.
4. Facilitate talent development initiatives, coordinating learning and development training and supporting career progression.
5. Contribute to HR projects and cross-maison support within the Fashion & Accessories Division.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year as an HR Business Partner
3. Experience in P-cost management
4. Solid understanding of labor law and HR compliance
5. Experience in the fashion and luxury industry preferred

1. Recruiting experience, particularly in boutique staffing
2. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
3. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
4. Business acumen
5. Proficiency in English at a business level
6. Experience with SAP preferred
7. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

At least 7 years of solid experience in the HR field, including 1 year in an HR Business Partner role and experience in P-cost management.
