1. Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner, fostering strong relationships with office and boutique teams.
2. Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees, aligning with the People Strategy to cultivate a high-performing team.
3. Advise on organizational structure and effectiveness, integrating HR functions with business strategy.
4. Facilitate talent acquisition and recruitment strategies in partnership with managers, ensuring alignment with brand values.
5. Oversee the Talent Management cycle, including Talent Review and Succession Planning.
6. Manage the salary cycle process and staff cost budgets in collaboration with the controlling team.
7. Collaborate with local and European stakeholders to create an inspiring work environment, ensuring compliance with local legislation.
8. Participate in European HR projects, ensuring successful local implementation in alignment with Maison strategy.

1. Significant experience in Human Resources Management.
2. Fluency in English and German.
3. Knowledge of German employment laws.

Significant experience in Human Resources Management, with a focus on organizational effectiveness and talent management.
