- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy in collaboration with business leaders and Maisons HR teams, ensuring alignment with commercial and people strategies.
- Collaborate with UK HR Business Partners on annual projects related to employee relations, talent development, and learning and development.
- Ensure HR policies are relevant and compliant with business needs and legal standards in partnership with the UK HR Director and Employment Legal team.
- Align pipeline management, people forecasting, and resourcing with strategic workforce planning models and processes.
- Partner with UK and Maisons Learning & Development teams to align learning strategies with business objectives.
- Compile, develop, and present monthly HR reports and metrics to manage resources and identify trends.
- Act as a coach and advisor to local leaders, focusing on the development of future leaders.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive culture within Richemont UK.
- Drive talent and succession planning through Talent Reviews with businesses.
- Support leadership in employee communications to enhance engagement and understanding of business direction and performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational design and transformation actions.
- CIPD and/or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Solid experience in HR Management or HR Business Partner role within international matrix organizations
- Experience in retail is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of UK Employee Relations management
- Experience with analytical reporting tools to support the HR agenda
- Experience with Workday is preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustworthy relationships with employees and stakeholders
- Proficiency in presenting people strategies driven by metrics and analysis
Substantial experience in HR management or as an HR Business Partner within international matrix organizations, with a focus on employee relations and talent development.
CIPD and/or Bachelor's degree preferred
