1. Contribute to business strategy and support organizational changes through the HR regional strategic plan.
2. Participate in local Career Committees and establish trustful relationships with employees.
3. Provide HR advice and coaching to managers and employees.
4. Manage budget allocations and staff costs in collaboration with the Finance Controller.
5. Recommend new HR approaches, policies, and procedures to promote best practices.
6. Propose business process improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency.
7. Manage specific HR projects and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
8. Facilitate recruitment strategy and partner with Hiring Managers for talent acquisition.
9. Work with the Talent Sourcing team to build a talent pipeline.
10. Support Talent Assessments and management initiatives with a focus on Emiratization.
11. Assist in identifying and developing talent for succession planning.
12. Support compensation planning and salary review processes.

2. HR Qualifications

A minimum of 7 years in HR generalist Business Partner roles, with experience in the Middle East being advantageous. Familiarity with the retail environment is important, though luxury experience is not mandatory.
