Richemont HR Assistant Manager

- Manage the overall budget and forecast process for HR costs and headcount planning.
- Provide critical assessments of headcount budgets and cost projections.
- Translate personnel movements and initiatives into cost implications, delivering accurate manpower budget reports to the Finance team.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and the Finance team to ensure high-quality headcount planning, analysis, and forecasting.
- Serve as a communication liaison between local and regional levels.
- Validate monthly staff costs, including payroll and accruals, against budget and forecast in collaboration with the HR payroll team.
- Act as key user for the Workday workforce planning tool (Adaptive).
- Oversee recruitment processes and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain HR data and generate reports.
- Support performance management and development programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Over 6 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in in-house payroll or cost planning and controlling.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and SAP.
- Ability to handle highly confidential material with discretion.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems independently.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
Over 6 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 3 years in in-house payroll or cost planning and controlling.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent is preferred.
