1. Provide comprehensive generalist support on day-to-day HR activities, covering both administrative and operational tasks.
2. Assist in the performance management cycle, including the yearly appraisal and salary review processes.
3. Analyze employee development data and provide insights to HR and Learning & Development teams.
4. Ensure managers and employees are informed about and understand local HR policies and procedures.
5. Manage a variety of employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance hearings.
6. Coach and train line managers on employee relations processes.
7. Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to HR management.
8. Manage the leaver process, including resignation acceptance and exit interviews.
9. Support recruitment-related tasks and manage visa processes.
10. Lead relocation assistance for internal employees.
11. Support HR management in creating contracts and updating internal HR systems.

1. Strong HR generalist experience in a fast-paced HR department.
2. Understanding of current employment legislation within the UK.
3. Ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders.

1. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
2. Proactive team player with self-motivation and problem-solving abilities.
3. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
4. Experience with Workday and SAP.

Strong HR generalist experience in a fast-paced HR department is required.
