- Provide comprehensive generalist support on day-to-day HR activities, covering both administrative and operational tasks.
- Assist in the performance management cycle, including the yearly appraisal and salary review processes.
- Analyze employee development data and provide insights to HR and Learning & Development teams.
- Ensure managers and employees are informed about and understand local HR policies and procedures.
- Manage a variety of employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance hearings.
- Coach and train line managers on employee relations processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to HR management.
- Manage the leaver process, including resignation acceptance and exit interviews.
- Support recruitment-related tasks and manage visa processes.
- Lead relocation assistance for internal employees.
- Support HR management in creating contracts and updating internal HR systems.
- Strong HR generalist experience in a fast-paced HR department.
- Understanding of current employment legislation within the UK.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive team player with self-motivation and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with Workday and SAP.
Strong HR generalist experience in a fast-paced HR department is required.
