- Provide comprehensive generalist support on day-to-day HR activities, covering both administrative and operational tasks.
- Assist with the performance management cycle, including yearly appraisals and salary reviews.
- Analyze employee development data and provide insights to HR and L&D teams.
- Ensure managers and employees are aware of and understand local HR policies and procedures.
- Manage a variety of employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Coach and train line managers on employee relations processes.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to HR management.
- Manage offers of employment and ensure candidates are logged in the system with contractual information.
- Participate in the induction program and support recruitment-related tasks.
- Manage visa processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Lead relocation assistance for internal employees.
- Support HR management in creating contracts and updating internal HR systems.
- Strong HR generalist experience in a fast-paced HR department.
- Understanding of current UK employment legislation and topical HR issues.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive, team player with the ability to think through problems.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience with Workday and SAP.
