1. Participate in a one-week training program in Micro-Mechanics to learn tool and luxury watch component handling.
2. Engage in various repair and technical workshop functions to gain exposure to the art of watchmaking.
3. Attend weekly departmental training sessions to refine skills and master processes.
4. Collaborate with experienced professionals in a dynamic, supportive environment.

1. Graduating high school seniors (Class of 2025) or recent graduates passionate about watchmaking.
2. Must be at least 16 years of age.
3. Energetic and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

1. Pass an entry examination to gauge technical aptitude.
2. Ability to handle multiple tasks with focus and organization.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and a neat, professional workspace.

No prior experience required, but a passion for watchmaking and technical learning is essential.

High school senior or recent graduate.

$18.00 per hour.
