- Drive the implementation of Richemont Europe's HSE strategy and management system across Swiss markets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations for 28 retail locations and 1 customer service platform.
- Conduct risk identification and assessment, and assist in implementing prevention and protection measures.
- Provide technical support on health, safety, and environment issues to boutiques and sites.
- Contribute to accident prevention and environmental protection programs.
- Participate in the analysis of work accidents and monitor corrective actions.
- Manage and update safety and environmental key performance indicators.
- Assist in regulatory monitoring and ensure legislation compliance through action plans.
- Participate in HSE audits and ensure the monitoring of safety equipment.
- Raise awareness and train staff on HSE, planning training and evacuation drills.
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Health & Safety professional certifications (STPS) required. Environmental certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in a multi-location retail environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss occupational health, safety, and environmental legislation.
- Proven experience with HSE and/or environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Influencing stakeholders to adopt safe work practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify and analyze HSE issues and develop solutions.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian or German is a plus.
2 to 4 years of experience in a Health, Safety, and Environment role, preferably within a multi-location retail environment.
Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
