1. Drive the implementation of Richemont Europe's HSE strategy and management system across Swiss markets.
2. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations for 28 retail locations and 1 customer service platform.
3. Conduct risk identification and assessment, and assist in implementing prevention and protection measures.
4. Provide technical support on health, safety, and environment issues to boutiques and sites.
5. Contribute to accident prevention and environmental protection programs.
6. Participate in the analysis of work accidents and monitor corrective actions.
7. Manage and update safety and environmental key performance indicators.
8. Assist in regulatory monitoring and ensure legislation compliance through action plans.
9. Participate in HSE audits and ensure the monitoring of safety equipment.
10. Raise awareness and train staff on HSE, planning training and evacuation drills.

1. Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Health & Safety professional certifications (STPS) required. Environmental certifications are a plus.
3. Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in a multi-location retail environment.
4. In-depth knowledge of Swiss occupational health, safety, and environmental legislation.
5. Proven experience with HSE and/or environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).

1. Influencing stakeholders to adopt safe work practices.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to identify and analyze HSE issues and develop solutions.
4. Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
5. Fluency in French and English; Italian or German is a plus.

2 to 4 years of experience in a Health, Safety, and Environment role, preferably within a multi-location retail environment.

Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
