- Lead and manage a high-performing treasury team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategic direction for the European Payment Factory, aligning with Richemont's overall treasury strategy.
- Analyze and improve vendor payment processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
- Oversee the netting process and optimize technology and systems used in the European Payment Factory.
- Collaborate with core banking partners to establish and optimize cash management solutions.
- Ensure security and compliance of vendor payment flows, identifying and resolving anomalies.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on key payment factory metrics.
- Manage and improve cash flow forecasting models, credit cards, incoming payments, and warranties.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and specific projects within the team.
- Evaluate and implement new treasury management technologies and systems.
- University degree in Corporate Finance or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACT, CTP, ACCA are an asset.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Financial Audit within a global corporate treasury operations environment.
- High level of personal integrity and strong work ethic.
- Strong risk-management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in treasury-relevant software and systems such as FIS Integrity, SAP FICO and CFM, ACL, Celonis.
- Fluent in French and English.
A minimum of 10 years in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Financial Audit within a global corporate treasury operations environment, with a significant focus on vendor payments. Proven experience in managing and optimizing vendor payment processes, ideally within a large multinational organization.
University degree in Corporate Finance or a related field.
