- Develop and implement comprehensive physical security and HSE programs aligned with Richemont Group standards, adapting to local regulations and contexts.
- Oversee risk assessment, incident management, business continuity planning, fraud prevention, and compliance management.
- Ensure boutiques adhere to Richemont security directives through training programs, audits, and security system maintenance.
- Lead security planning for new boutiques and renovations, collaborating with vendors and project managers.
- Maintain security compliance at the head office and warehouses, implementing localized procedures and training.
- Coordinate security for events within the region, ensuring alignment with Group directives.
- Manage relationships with external security suppliers, conducting RFPs and assessing supplier quality through SLAs and KPIs.
- Oversee secure transportation of cash and valuables, coordinating with logistics providers.
- Develop and implement security measures for staff, providing risk assessments, preventive measures, and training.
- Lead the Incident Management Team, advising on business continuity and security-related matters.
- Provide direct leadership to the operational security manager, overseeing head office, warehouses, and boutiques in Benelux & Nordics.
- Proven experience in a security/HSE role within a multinational company in the luxury/fashion industry.
- Experience with incident/crisis management and project management.
- Solid understanding of physical and technical security.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
- High degree of integrity and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to drive results and act as a catalyst for change.
- Effective management of multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
- Assertiveness combined with tact and diplomacy.
Proven experience in a security/HSE role within a multinational company in the luxury/fashion industry.
