1. Define and evolve the Logistics Operating Model (LOM) to ensure process excellence and standardization across warehousing, transport, and import-export/customs.
2. Coordinate the deployment of new logistics processes and capabilities in collaboration with regional teams, ensuring field readiness through training and change management.
3. Foster innovation by identifying and promoting digital logistics capabilities and operational innovations in partnership with Group Platform.
4. Lead and support end-to-end operational logistics projects, ensuring alignment with the Group Logistics Operating Model.
5. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team focused on standards, regional enablement, and innovation.
6. Support the execution of the transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with the Logistics Operating Model and sustainable operational integration.

1. Deep end-to-end logistics knowledge, including warehousing, transport, and import/export-customs.
2. Experience in process design and improvement methodologies such as VSM, Lean, and Kaizen.
3. Proven change management skills and experience in training design and deployment.
4. Solid knowledge of logistics information systems, including SAP EWM, TMS, GTS, and WMS.
5. Strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.

Extensive experience in logistics management, with a focus on process excellence and innovation within a global context.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
