- Collaborate with project managers to align on project timelines and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies for various initiatives.
- Construct detailed test plans and identify test scopes.
- Generate test scripts and scenarios, ensuring stakeholder approval.
- Execute test plans and monitor incident creation and resolution.
- Report on test execution and deliverables.
- Lead test cycles in technology initiatives and communicate strategies to stakeholders.
- Coordinate Level 2 and Level 3 teams throughout test life cycles.
- Facilitate health checks and coordinate daily progress meetings.
- Manage defect resolution and formalize exit reports.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Technology Test Management.
- Experience in supply chain or logistics-related initiatives.
- Proven experience in managing worldwide integrated projects/programs.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as French or German is advantageous.
- Strong technical project management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Proficient in agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced, distributed environment.
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr.
A minimum of 5 years in Technology Test Management, with a focus on supply chain or logistics initiatives and global project management.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
