1. Lead the planning and execution of assigned initiatives, ensuring alignment with Product organizations.
2. Act as the primary contact for Business and Maisons' stakeholders, driving cross-domain collaboration.
3. Coordinate program teams, collaborating with Product Owners, Analysts, Test Managers, and other key roles.
4. Track and document the scope of deliveries, managing changes throughout the initiative's lifecycle.
5. Define and coordinate planning and release phases, from initiation to post-delivery.
6. Manage resource capacity plans, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
7. Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with stakeholders, providing clear communication and updates.
8. Ensure budget adherence and report progress, issues, and risks as required.

1. B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in Technology Project/Program Management with a focus on Quality Assurance.
3. Project Management certification recommended.

1. Proven technical project management skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
2. Experience in leading integration projects with omnichannel dimensions.
3. Knowledge of software architecture and development lifecycle in a combined technology and functional environment.
4. Experience with E-Commerce, Retail, CRM, and Customer Services portfolio management.
5. Familiarity with technology concepts such as APIs, micro-services, SaaS/Cloud hosting, OMS, CRM, and ERP.
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
7. Fluent in English; proficiency in French or other languages is advantageous.

Significant experience in Technology Project/Program Management, particularly in integration projects with omnichannel dimensions, and a strong focus on Quality Assurance.

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
