- Manage the implementation and coordination of strategic Talent Acquisition (TA) projects globally to enhance the recruitment model.
- Ensure the dissemination of innovative group initiatives and frameworks across markets, regions, and Maisons.
- Promote efficient use of TA tools and technologies.
- Deliver targeted TA training to optimize operational excellence for regions and Maisons.
- Collaborate with global TA vendors and explore new partnerships to remain abreast of market trends.
- Support global HR digital transformation by guiding the TA community on new technologies and processes.
- Report on global TA metrics and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) with external providers and TA KPIs.
- Track university relations and recruitment analytics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
- Work collaboratively with Group Employer Branding, University Relationships Manager, and HR partners to strengthen university recruitment initiatives.
- Participate actively in the Global Talent Acquisition community, tracking regional TA project progress and supporting global TA strategy.
- Background in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or HR Business Partnering.
- Experience managing HR global transversal projects.
- People-centric approach with a focus on excellence.
- Action and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Digital proficiency, particularly in LinkedIn recruiting, Applicant Tracking Systems, and MS Office suite.
- Ability to work within a complex matrix organization.
- Innovative and curious with a problem-solving approach.
Experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, or HR Business Partnering, with exposure to managing global HR projects.
