Richemont Group Reporting Controller

- Participate in the monthly consolidation process.
- Perform monthly reviews of financial data from local reporting entities.
- Prepare group external reporting, including annual and interim consolidated financial statements, trading statements, and analysts’ presentations.
- Manage specific central processes such as tax reporting, pension reporting, and impairment testing.
- Collect and prepare data for the annual Compensation Report.
- Oversee certain central compensation-related processes, including IFRS 2 and pension reporting.
- Support the secretary of the Compensation Committee.
- Assist in non-financial reporting processes, including data collection.
- Provide ongoing assistance to reporting entity level users regarding Group reporting rules and systems.
- Prepare, review, and update Richemont accounting policies.
- Support local entities in the application of group policies and procedures.
- Engage in ad hoc projects, adopting a 'task force' mindset for entities requiring special assistance.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Fluency in spoken and written English; French is advantageous.
- Applied knowledge of IFRS.
- Strong background in finance/management and reporting/controlling.
- Proficiency in basic IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Structured and precise approach with attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diplomacy and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage pressure and tight deadlines, adapt to unforeseen circumstances, and recalibrate priorities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
3 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally in multinational, structured, and complex organizations, with previous auditing experience.
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or associated fields, completed with a recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
