- Lead the development of a global Procurement competency center, serving Maisons and Regions.
- Establish a global approach to procurement, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Provide dedicated support and guidance to Maisons and Regions in procurement initiatives.
- Drive continuous transformation to maximize efficiency and value-added through process optimization and innovation.
- Integrate Responsible Sourcing principles into all procurement activities.
- Develop and manage organizational structures for sourcing strategies.
- Define and share metrics to monitor Procurement function performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and implement procurement best practices.
- Oversee delivery of Procurement excellence initiatives across the group.
- Define, develop, and implement Procurement processes, tools, and digital solutions.
- Lead, coordinate, and support procurement transversal activities and projects.
- Oversee global category management for all indirect categories.
- Define and implement Responsible Sourcing processes based on legal and group requirements.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of experienced professionals.
- Act as an ambassador for Indirect Procurement and Responsible Sourcing for the Group.
- Senior procurement professional with 15+ years of experience.
- Deep knowledge of modern procurement practices in a complex international and matrix business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in leading and managing sourcing projects.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus.
- Strategic vision and hands-on contribution.
- Ability to influence demanding stakeholders.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Experience in cross-functional internal organizations.
- Experience in attending external and international working groups.
15+ years in procurement with a focus on modern practices in international and matrix environments.
