1. Provide administrative support on digital learning platforms, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), by extracting and analyzing learner activity and producing evaluation reports.
2. Curate digital content in collaboration with subject matter experts from various functions, Maisons, and regions to support learning initiatives.
3. Review and update vendor processes, manage administrative access, and liaise with suppliers and stakeholders to obtain learner reports.
4. Organize and manage bi-annual information sessions for contracted vendors.
5. Support various Learning and Development projects run by the Group L&D with Central Functions.
6. Lead community engagements on digital platform topics and learning consumption, preparing high-quality presentation materials.
7. Assist in global event organization and community engagements.

1. Academic qualification preferred
2. Fluency in English, French is an asset
3. Internship agreement with school/university mandatory

4. Experience with Learning Management Systems or digital learning tools
5. Basic planning, project management, and communication skills

9. Eager to learn continuously

Previous experience with a Learning Management System or a digital learning tool is preferred.
