Richemont Group HR Compliance Manager

- Develop and maintain HR compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials, focusing on key HR areas such as talent, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and HR data.
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance Teams to stay informed on changes in HR regulations and employment law, communicating these changes to stakeholders and proposing compliance actions.
- Lead internal investigations related to HR compliance issues, including harassment, discrimination, and ethical violations, in collaboration with HR Business Partners and Legal Counsels.
- Develop and deliver training programs on HR compliance topics for HR community, employees, and managers, emphasizing practical application and real-world scenarios.
- Prepare and present reports on HR compliance activities to senior HR management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Provide expert support and advice on compliance-related matters, including policy interpretation, risk assessment, and best practices, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with Sustainability teams on HR-related reporting requirements, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of HR metrics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to conduct regular HR compliance audits and risk assessments, identifying non-compliance areas and developing corrective action plans.
- Support the HR team in responding to employee complaints and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR compliance or as a Lawyer.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and global HR regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive topics and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 5 years in HR compliance or legal roles, with experience in conducting HR audits and investigations.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
