- Manage financial planning cycles on the Anaplan platform, ensuring seamless execution and accuracy.
- Oversee recurring Anaplan operations, maintaining entities, hierarchies, and account mappings between financial systems.
- Develop and implement robust data validation procedures to ensure high data integrity.
- Troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with Group Technology departments to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users of financial planning and reporting systems.
- Develop and deliver training programs to a global community, and maintain user documentation.
- Collaborate with business users to enhance financial planning and reporting system efficiency.
- Participate in development projects including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and global rollout.
- Develop and implement system enhancements to drive financial planning digitalization.
- University degree in Finance, Controlling, Management, or Information Systems Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Financial Planning and Reporting systems.
- High analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with financial systems (Planning, Reporting, Data reconciliation).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and experience with Anaplan or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage pressure and tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; French is a plus.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Financial Planning and Reporting systems, ideally from a Consulting firm, Implementation Partner, or Software Vendor.
University degree in Finance, Controlling, Management, or Information Systems Management, or equivalent.
