1. Participate in a 24-month program with three rotational assignments.
2. Engage actively in training assignments.
3. Shadow experienced employees to gain knowledge.
4. Undergo retail immersion to understand the business.
5. Demonstrate high work standards in assigned projects and responsibilities.
6. Contribute fresh perspectives and solutions to business challenges.
7. Seek feedback and work on development areas throughout the program.
8. Conduct regular reviews with Senior Management for continuous development.
9. Exhibit the highest levels of work ethics and personal integrity.

1. Valid UAE Passport and UAE Family Book
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any major
3. 0-2 years of work experience
4. Proficiency in English and Arabic
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
