- Guide and support the career development of team members, fostering growth and advancement.
- Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs, providing feedback and addressing performance issues.
- Lead the technical evaluation process for new jewelry recruits.
- Develop and implement technical assessments and training programs for jewelers.
- Monitor workshop capacity and resource allocation for efficient workflow.
- Ensure compliance with all Maison policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain operating procedures for workshop efficiency and consistency.
- Maintain efficient workshop organization, adhering to regional standards.
- Provide technical expertise and support on repairs, machinery, tools, and processes.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high craftsmanship standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Maison novelties and train the team accordingly.
- Manage technical documentation and coordinate bench tests.
- Extensive experience in jewelry making and repair with proven technical expertise.
- Proven experience in a team lead or supervisory role within a jewelry workshop.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in German and English.
