1. Lead comprehensive risk assessments and develop global insurance programs to mitigate risks.
2. Collaborate with Group functions to design innovative risk transfer solutions and present strategies to senior management.
3. Work closely with key risk owners across the organization to establish risk management protocols and promote a culture of risk awareness.
4. Analyze risk data and optimize the total cost of risk framework to minimize potential impact.
5. Develop insurance solutions and contract language to support third-party relationships.
6. Lead the annual insurance renewal process, strategically reviewing and negotiating policies.
7. Ensure efficient claims administration and management, ensuring fair settlements.
8. Manage the insurance budget to ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
9. Develop and deliver risk management training programs.
10. Inspire, mentor, and motivate a team of three.

1. University degree in Business Administration or Finance.
2. 15+ years of experience in corporate insurance and risk management.
3. 5+ years of experience in people management.
4. Expert knowledge of risk assessment techniques and the insurance marketplace.
5. Sound understanding of insurance/reinsurance captives’ management.
6. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance.

1. Ability to build effective business relationships.
2. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
3. Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

15+ years of experience in corporate insurance and risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

University degree in Business Administration or Finance.
