Richemont Financial Controller

- Oversee the monthly closing process, including communication of accruals to accounting and maintenance of P&L reconciliation.
- Collaborate with the local accounting team to ensure accuracy in financial statements, including balance sheets.
- Manage the brand's P&L on a monthly basis and balance sheet quarterly, ensuring alignment with forecasts.
- Assist in the purchase order process and provide strong support to various departments and operational users.
- Conduct detailed monthly analysis of sales by channel and costs by cost center and type.
- Implement cost control measures and recommend action plans for budget management.
- Prepare budgets and revisions in accordance with group requirements and timelines.
- Participate in the preparation of the 3-year plan, budgets, and forecasts.
- Contribute to the preparation of boutique business cases and opening plans.
- Engage in ad hoc business reviews with management.
- Support various departments and boutiques in ad-hoc business and finance control projects.
- Participate in internal audits and stock analysis.
- Contribute ideas and participate in projects focused on process optimization, efficiency improvements, and compliance enhancements.
- Completed degree in economics or business administration.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in controlling within an international company in the consumer, retail, or trade sector.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP and familiarity with Business Warehouse applications (BI/BOA).
- Fluency in German and English.
- Knowledge of IFRS and a strong understanding of balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate independently with various stakeholders in a matrix structure.
- Resilience and high level of commitment.
- Strong analytical mindset with well-developed conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Customer orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with brand management.
A minimum of 5 years in a controlling role within an international company in the consumer, retail, or trade sector is required.
Degree in economics or business administration.
