- Represent the Controlling function on the Maison’s Executive Committee, contributing to strategic discussions and aligning financial priorities with organizational goals.
- Define and translate regional and divisional priorities into financial targets, budgets, and forecasts aligned with brand and Richemont strategies.
- Develop and refine performance reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to stakeholders.
- Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
- Oversee the implementation and improvement of the internal control framework, ensuring compliance and risk management.
- Collaborate strategically with Division Leaders and Executive Committees to provide financial guidance and drive profitability.
- Lead recurring financial reviews with Division Leaders to ensure accountability and optimize decision-making.
- Define and maintain reporting and controlling processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance across divisions.
- Master’s degree in finance or accounting.
- Recognized accounting qualification such as ACCA or ACA.
- Strong financial, commercial, and strategic acumen.
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is advantageous.
- Expertise in financial analysis, risk management, and strategic planning.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Senior-level experience in business controlling and consulting is required.
Master’s degree in finance or accounting.
