1. Represent the Controlling function on the Maison’s Executive Committee, contributing to strategic discussions and aligning financial priorities with organizational goals.
2. Define and translate regional and divisional priorities into financial targets, budgets, and forecasts aligned with brand and Richemont strategies.
3. Develop and refine performance reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to stakeholders.
4. Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
5. Oversee the implementation and improvement of the internal control framework, ensuring compliance and risk management.
6. Collaborate strategically with Division Leaders and Executive Committees to provide financial guidance and drive profitability.
7. Lead recurring financial reviews with Division Leaders to ensure accountability and optimize decision-making.
8. Define and maintain reporting and controlling processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance across divisions.

1. Master’s degree in finance or accounting.
2. Recognized accounting qualification such as ACCA or ACA.

1. Strong financial, commercial, and strategic acumen.
2. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Dutch is advantageous.
5. Expertise in financial analysis, risk management, and strategic planning.
6. Proactive mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

Senior-level experience in business controlling and consulting is required.

Master’s degree in finance or accounting.
