Richemont Finance Product Specialist

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and contribute to solution design, implementation, configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Support the Product Owner's strategy by incrementally improving the product and designing business scenarios and use cases.
- Implement new requirements due to changes in accounting rules, legal regulations, enhancements, or business model adjustments.
- Evaluate enhancement requests and propose solutions.
- Leverage functional expertise to become the go-to resource for business partners, third-level support, and team members.
- Cultivate professional and trusting relationships with customers and the team.
- Learn and master innovative technologies adopted by the Group, such as S/4 and the Mendix Platform.
- Promote the adoption of Agile practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the business to document current and future state business processes.
- Support Richemont’s FICO Level 2 and FTS teams.
- University degree in Information Technology or Engineering and/or certified qualifications in Financial Group Accounting.
- Very good knowledge/experience of SAP FICO modules, especially in the context of retail sales, E-Commerce, and payments.
- Integration experience of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (SD, RB, CS, PI/PO).
- Experience working in the retail industry and B2C processes (Sales, Credits, Payments).
- Experience working with SAP Solution Manager.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Effective communication and active listening skills.
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong work ethic and forward-thinking mindset.
- Self-starter with knowledge of Agile Product Management frameworks/methodologies (SAFE, SCRUM, Design Thinking) and practical JIRA usage.
Experience in SAP FICO modules, particularly in retail sales, E-Commerce, and payments, as well as integration with other SAP modules.
University degree in Information Technology or Engineering and/or certified qualifications in Financial Group Accounting.
