1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and contribute to solution design, implementation, configuration, testing, and documentation.
2. Support the Product Owner's strategy by incrementally improving the product and designing business scenarios and use cases.
3. Implement new requirements due to changes in accounting rules, legal regulations, enhancements, or business model adjustments.
4. Evaluate enhancement requests and propose solutions.
5. Leverage functional expertise to become the go-to resource for business partners, third-level support, and team members.
6. Cultivate professional and trusting relationships with customers and the team.
7. Learn and master innovative technologies adopted by the Group, such as S/4 and the Mendix Platform.
8. Promote the adoption of Agile practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
9. Work closely with the business to document current and future state business processes.
10. Support Richemont’s FICO Level 2 and FTS teams.

1. University degree in Information Technology or Engineering and/or certified qualifications in Financial Group Accounting.
2. Very good knowledge/experience of SAP FICO modules, especially in the context of retail sales, E-Commerce, and payments.
3. Integration experience of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (SD, RB, CS, PI/PO).
4. Experience working in the retail industry and B2C processes (Sales, Credits, Payments).
5. Experience working with SAP Solution Manager.
6. Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Experience in SAP FICO modules, particularly in retail sales, E-Commerce, and payments, as well as integration with other SAP modules.

University degree in Information Technology or Engineering and/or certified qualifications in Financial Group Accounting.
