1. Support RFBO in filing retail files and folders.
2. Communicate and plan Iron Mountain deliveries.
3. Calculate and share monthly turnover.
4. Perform deposit reconciliation with boutiques.
5. Prepare monthly reports on discounts, gratuities, cash, deposits, and consignment.
6. Track exchanges and returns, ensuring control and approval.
7. Conduct AML screening.
8. File and track signed boutique forms.
9. Adhere to brand and Richemont procedures.

1. Undergraduate degree in Finance.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
2. Exceptional attention to detail.
3. Effective communication skills.
4. Proactive time-management and organizational abilities.

No prior experience required, suitable for current students or recent graduates.

Pursuing or completed an undergraduate degree in Finance.
