Richemont Finance Executive - General Ledger

- Manage and maintain accurate and timely general ledger transactions.
- Oversee fixed assets transactions, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposals.
- Monitor inventory transactions, adjustments, and reconciliations.
- Handle intercompany transactions, including reconciliations, confirmations, payment processes, and adjustments.
- Record and maintain lease schedules, prepare monthly amortization, and perform reconciliations in accordance with IFRS16.
- Prepare and post journal entries in compliance with Thai GAAP/IFRS and company policies.
- Prepare and submit monthly tax filings, including VAT, WHT, and related returns.
- Prepare balance sheet schedules and account reconciliations.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts, investigate variances, and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes, supporting financial statement preparation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for required data and documentation.
- Implement projects related to general ledger activities and identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls.
- Support ad-hoc tasks as delegated.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or other professional certification is a plus.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with high accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional, multicultural team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
A minimum of 5 years in the accounting field, with at least 2-3 years in general ledger experience. Audit experience of 2-3 years is advantageous.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
