Richemont Finance Director

- Advise the COO on financial decisions in alignment with Group and IAS-accepted practices.
- Serve as a reliable business partner to the Brands and local Richemont departments.
- Participate in the development and implementation of company goals, policies, priorities, and procedures.
- Provide financial advice, direction, and leadership to improve performance and achieve targets.
- Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and Group policies and procedures.
- Report statutory and managerial financials accurately and in compliance with accounting standards.
- Represent the operating entity in official forums and with the local Board of Directors.
- Lead risk management framework and communicate potential impacts to Regional Finance.
- Manage and develop the Finance team across Financial Control & Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Finance Operations.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and provide comprehensive financial analysis to management.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and develop long-term financial forecasts.
- Oversee Finance Operations, including retail procedures, stock management, and loss prevention.
- Ensure process and controls oversight in accordance with SOX requirements.
- Degree in Finance or similar field from a reputable university.
- Accredited certification in related fields (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
- Audit experience with one of the Big 4 is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in Finance, with 5 years leading a large and diverse team.
- Experience in multinational companies, preferably in Retail or FMCG.
- SAP experience is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in English and Turkish; French is a plus.
- Mature, assertive, and self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Visionary leadership with the ability to inspire and influence teams.
- Results-oriented with decisive action and teamwork skills.
- Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Unquestioned personal integrity with strong ethics and values.
- Strong analytical capability with a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to stand firm on difficult issues when required.
10+ years in Finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a multinational company, preferably in Retail or FMCG.
Degree in Finance or similar field from a reputable university.
