1. Advise the COO on financial decisions in alignment with Group and IAS-accepted practices.
2. Serve as a reliable business partner to the Brands and local Richemont departments.
3. Participate in the development and implementation of company goals, policies, priorities, and procedures.
4. Provide financial advice, direction, and leadership to improve performance and achieve targets.
5. Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and Group policies and procedures.
6. Report statutory and managerial financials accurately and in compliance with accounting standards.
7. Represent the operating entity in official forums and with the local Board of Directors.
8. Lead risk management framework and communicate potential impacts to Regional Finance.
9. Manage and develop the Finance team across Financial Control & Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Finance Operations.
10. Prepare accurate financial reports and provide comprehensive financial analysis to management.
11. Lead the annual budgeting process and develop long-term financial forecasts.
12. Oversee Finance Operations, including retail procedures, stock management, and loss prevention.
13. Ensure process and controls oversight in accordance with SOX requirements.

1. Degree in Finance or similar field from a reputable university.
2. Accredited certification in related fields (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
3. Audit experience with one of the Big 4 is a plus.
4. 10+ years of experience in Finance, with 5 years leading a large and diverse team.
5. Experience in multinational companies, preferably in Retail or FMCG.
6. SAP experience is a strong plus.
7. Proficiency in English and Turkish; French is a plus.

10+ years in Finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a multinational company, preferably in Retail or FMCG.

Degree in Finance or similar field from a reputable university.
