1. Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of digital tools and solutions within the finance domain.
2. Collaborate with various regions and departments to adapt and optimize digital solutions.
3. Gather requirements to identify business intelligence and automation opportunities in key financial areas such as Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Financial Planning.
4. Develop, optimize, and maintain existing BI and automation solutions, ensuring compliance and seamless integration.
5. Establish and enforce best practices for data management and secure deployment.
6. Create comprehensive documentation to support business processes and data analysis efforts.
7. Translate complex data insights into actionable business solutions.
8. Leverage the latest technologies in collaboration with Group Finance, Group Data Office, and Group Technology.
9. Present deliverables and participate in idea exchange sessions within Richemont communities.
10. Coach and mentor less experienced team members to foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

1. University degree in Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. 8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a data analyst role.
3. Experience in finance within the industrial sector is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in data visualization software such as PowerBI, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Looker.
2. Hands-on experience with data modeling, transformation, and cleaning using SQL and PowerQuery.
3. Experience with automation tools like Power Automate and UiPath.
4. Familiarity with data management on Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft SQL Server.
5. Strong ability to analyze and organize complex data volumes.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with professionals at all organizational levels.
7. Agility in working within a fast-paced and demanding environment.

8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a data analyst role, with a strong track record of driving projects through data analysis and automation.

University degree in Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, or similar.
