- Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of digital tools and solutions within the finance domain.
- Collaborate with various regions and departments to adapt and optimize digital solutions.
- Gather requirements to identify business intelligence and automation opportunities in key financial areas such as Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Financial Planning.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain existing BI and automation solutions, ensuring compliance and seamless integration.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data management and secure deployment.
- Create comprehensive documentation to support business processes and data analysis efforts.
- Translate complex data insights into actionable business solutions.
- Leverage the latest technologies in collaboration with Group Finance, Group Data Office, and Group Technology.
- Present deliverables and participate in idea exchange sessions within Richemont communities.
- Coach and mentor less experienced team members to foster knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- University degree in Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a data analyst role.
- Experience in finance within the industrial sector is advantageous.
- Proficiency in data visualization software such as PowerBI, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Looker.
- Hands-on experience with data modeling, transformation, and cleaning using SQL and PowerQuery.
- Experience with automation tools like Power Automate and UiPath.
- Familiarity with data management on Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong ability to analyze and organize complex data volumes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with professionals at all organizational levels.
- Agility in working within a fast-paced and demanding environment.
8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a data analyst role, with a strong track record of driving projects through data analysis and automation.
University degree in Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, or similar.
