1. Identify development needs in Business Intelligence (BI) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to reduce manual tasks and enhance efficiency.
2. Create BI dashboards using Power BI and implement RPA solutions for the APAC finance teams.
3. Manage the transition of BI systems to the Google Cloud Platform/Looker.
4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital solutions for continuous improvement.
5. Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide training sessions.
6. Collaborate with Group BI and Regional IT teams to ensure strategic alignment and technology integration.
7. Oversee the design and management of the APAC Finance Community Portal SharePoint.
8. Facilitate sharing sessions of best practices in digital solutions across markets.
9. Support ad-hoc development requirements and initiatives.

1. 4-5 years of experience in business intelligence and digital solution deployment, preferably within finance.
2. Expertise in data modeling, Power BI, and automation/RPA through UiPath and Power Automate.
3. Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Google Cloud Platform/Looker is highly beneficial.
4. Experience in a matrix organization, with a background in the retail sector considered advantageous.
