Richemont Finance Data Analyst

- Gather requirements and identify business intelligence and automation opportunities in Accounts Payable, Treasury, Financial Planning, and Internal Controls.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain existing BI or automation solutions, ensuring seamless integration with the company's environment and compliance requirements.
- Create comprehensive documentation to support and maintain business processes and data analysis/automation efforts.
- Translate complex data insights into actionable solutions.
- Leverage and implement the latest available technologies and tools in collaboration with Group Finance, Group Data Office, and Group Technology.
- University degree in Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience as a Data/Business Analyst or in a similar role, ideally in an international and matrix environment.
- Strong track record of successfully driving end-to-end projects with concrete business outcomes through data analysis and automation.
- Proficiency with data visualization software such as PowerBI, SAP Analytics Cloud, and/or Looker.
- Hands-on experience with data modeling and data transformation/cleaning using SQL, PowerQuery, and programming languages/algorithms.
- Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate and/or UiPath.
- Experience with data management in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Microsoft SQL Server is advantageous.
- High ability to collect, organize, and analyze large volumes of complex data.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with professionals at all organizational levels.
- Agility to work in a complex, fast-paced, and demanding environment.
2 to 4 years of experience as a Data/Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in an international and matrix environment.
University degree in Finance, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
