Richemont Finance Controller - FP&A

- Develop and manage the brand's budget and latest financial trends, including cost controls and financial analysis.
- Provide timely financial data to aid decision-making and capital investment analysis.
- Support regional and headquarters counterparts in understanding the local market through various forms of financial analysis.
- Monitor and communicate relevant KPIs to brand management.
- Assist business leaders within respective brands.
- Establish standard metrics for measuring, reporting, and tracking performance, focusing on productivity and profitability of boutiques.
- Develop standard operating and financial procedures and best practices to support brand operations.
- Identify cost reduction and profit improvement opportunities, recommending and implementing plans to address them.
- Support strategy development and implementation.
- Optimize cash flows to support the company's resource needs.
- Lead key brand projects and present figures in FP&A meetings.
- Participate in ad-hoc FP&A/Finance projects.
- Experience in a financial role encompassing Financial Planning & Analysis, accounting, and general finance.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, management reporting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills with business partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- High learning agility for finance technologies/systems such as BI, SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), and Tableau.
- Fluency in English, including speaking, listening, and writing.
