1. Develop and manage the brand's budget and latest financial trends, including cost controls and financial analysis.
2. Provide timely financial data to aid decision-making and capital investment analysis.
3. Support regional and headquarters counterparts in understanding the local market through various forms of financial analysis.
4. Monitor and communicate relevant KPIs to brand management.
5. Assist business leaders within respective brands.
6. Establish standard metrics for measuring, reporting, and tracking performance, focusing on productivity and profitability of boutiques.
7. Develop standard operating and financial procedures and best practices to support brand operations.
8. Identify cost reduction and profit improvement opportunities, recommending and implementing plans to address them.
9. Support strategy development and implementation.
10. Optimize cash flows to support the company's resource needs.
11. Lead key brand projects and present figures in FP&A meetings.
12. Participate in ad-hoc FP&A/Finance projects.

1. Experience in a financial role encompassing Financial Planning & Analysis, accounting, and general finance.
2. Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, management reporting, and forecasting.
3. Excellent communication skills with business partners.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Proven ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
6. High learning agility for finance technologies/systems such as BI, SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), and Tableau.
7. Fluency in English, including speaking, listening, and writing.
